Newly Ten month old words?

So I'm writing a story and in the beginning of the story its a newly 10 month old Can a ten month old say: "my mama", "num num", & "no". Also would it be possible for a 10 month old to point to a picture and recgonize their mother and "mama"??????? And to smack their hands against a highchair
