Where can i find Aoi blink english Subbed?

this anime is a series that Osamu Tezuka the legendary creator of astro boy created and Aoi Blink or better known as Blue blink in America wasthe very last work that Osamu Tezuka himself tried to create however he wasn't able to finish it as he ped away, thus only half of the series was completed by Osamu while the rest was continued on by osamu's former apprentices. Please If anyone knowns where to find the series i would really like to know. that series was the most beautiful anime i could ever seen in my life. And i want to see it again an preserve it for many years to come.....
