Yahoo Archives - How to find something I stored online years ago?

I have been a yahoo member since 1997. Back then it was all the rage to use Yahoo Chat (before the advent of Instant Messengers) and store stuff in your profile in a Google Docs type facility. Unfortunately I need something I stored online with Yahoo in 2000, but I cannot for the life in me find out how to find it, or even if it still exists in my profile. Has anyone had a similar problem, and did you resolve it?
