Snails SOMEHOW got into my fish tank.?

I have a 5 gallon fish tank, home of around 15 guppies, 4 pladis, 1 white tetra, 1 marble hatchet, 2 neon tetras, and 1 algae eater (about 2-3cm long). Anyway, recently I bought a plant for my fish tank so the babies can go up and hide in it, so far 2 babies have survived because of it, but in some way 2 snails have entered my aquarium. They might have been eggs on the plant I purchased a few weeks ago. Anyway, they're tiny little guys. I first saw one climbing on my gl. It's a little bigger than a pebble. Is there anyway I would be able to view my neighbers survey without thier consent? In my previous ? on putting in a fence, we have learned going by our current 2004 survey with the fencing company's our property line is only 1 foot from thier driveway. She has been mowing 10 ft over onto our property line the last 3 years. I have expressed our concern to her live-in-boyfriend that happened to come upon us when we had 1 of the fencing companys over and we explained we are planning on fencing this summer. The guy I've liked for a long time in school we only ever speak by text but now have stopped he doesn't text back anymore we started again at christmas. . Before break in school thursaday he was putting a chair back into a cl and I was walking with a group of friends I saw him near and said hiya to him and he said hey smiling back my friends were in front of me then he kinda went back quickly for something i think or moved back. I carried on to walk down the corridor with my friends to the hall I then all of a sudden he was right behind me I could see him from the corner of my eye nearly against me. It was a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. We had no computer at the house in Michigan, so i didn't know the value i was expecting 500 dollars. When we were leaving i sneaked to get the watch again feeling guilty about it, but he didn't want it obviously, and I was just to embarred to ask if i could have it. So i came home and looked up the value, the diamonds one went up to as much as 10,000 dollars.. but this was one a stainless steel male watch. I could not find an exact match for the watch but the closest one was $2100. I was shocked, he obviously did not know the value. I wanted to fix the watch immediately than resell so i told my dad. I was a bit surprised about his response, I began to suspect he didn't believe me and that i stole my watch. I don't know that for sure but i think that's how he got my vibe. I started to get irritated, and my voice shook, and i guess that just took away from everything. He agreed to take it to a jeweler and get him or her to fix it up. I was excited out of my mind and began instantly searching on possible buyers. He just came home and said, he will get it to a jeweler but he thinks i should give it back to my cousin. He said that he obviously didn't know what he was doing, and he obviously did not buy it if he was going to throw it away. I could not deny his logic but with that much money on the line, I am only 14 in addition. I couldn't understand. I guess its the right thing to do, but i find myself hoping he will deny the watch once i am forced to return it. I know that's also bad and i guess greedy. I don't know what to do...and I'm just irritated out of my mind. The fixing isn't coming out of my cousin's pocket, and he buried, it as unlikely as this story may seem. I also don't want to have to deal with his reaction of scrutiny if i return it. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fail

I made a german sheppard too aggessive; understandable or reprehensible?

I bought an expensive female black with white marks belgian german sheppard which grew to 110 lbs in a year and half. Before this one, I had a german shppard-collie that lived to be 16 yrs old, so I thought I knew about german sheppards. I raised this female belgian to be too aggresive, hair went up on its back when it met someone new, it was unbelievably aggressive and it was apparant I raised a ticking time bomb. Proffesional trainers for state police dogs took the dog in for one day and said mine wanted to attack a 135 pound state trooper dog which would not fight back because it would only fight back if commanded . They actually tried to have the dogs sleep in the same room but it was impossible. They wanted my dog to become submissive to the larger smarter sheppard but it would not, they said.said it was beyond them. Other experienced dog trainers were horrified by this dog. I lost my home, couldnt find a home for it and had to put it down. Is it possible the breeding wasnt right ? Or was activity like putting on old flannel shirts for her to tear apart that much of a mistake ?

I think it could be interesting depending on where you're going with the story and what came before. I do have problems with some of the grammar and spelling though....when you refer to something between two or more people it's 'our' not 'are.' The note from the dad uses the word 'resent' for 'represent.' There are some places where a capitol letter would be better. Like for 'papa,' he's using it to represent his name so it should be 'Papa.' First words in a quote should be capitolized. The theme of the story sounds like a good one. I hope you'll use a really good program that will check spelling and grammar to spiff it up a bit. Do you have anyone to proofread it for you? Polishing it up to make it presentable is a good first step after writing.

My Mother died in June. My Sister kept me from seeing our Mother by telling me that I was not allowed to call her meaning my Sisters house or come to her house to see my Mother. My Mother had a stroke in 2005 she was living with me at the time, But this Sister cause so much trouble with her jealous that I felt it better she go and live with this Sister because this young Sister had my Mother make her the exec of her will and power of attorney one day after she got out of ICU. unit. My Mom did go and live with her but after one month of mistreatment left her house to live with my Oldest Sister. However my Oldest Sister ped away. And since this young Sister had the power of Attorney my Mom had to go and live with her as her health and mind were failing since the 2005 stroke. In Nov of last year my Mom had another Stroke and my Sister only allowed me to see her because she wanted me to look after her as she could not be left alone at all and needed 24 hour care. Even thou there were other beds not used as her daughters my Sister had me sleep on the floor in my Mothers room even thou she knew that I have a neck injury that left me disabled. I tried to look after my Mom as best I could however if was very hard to change her with my Neck injury and was not able to change her as many times as my Sister demanded me to before she returned from work as she did not want to have to come home and do this. When I told her it was hard for me. She cut me off from seeing her anymore until my Mother was again in Hospital and dying. She was even fighting with the Doctor that did not agree with my Sister wishes on treatments she wanted such as stopping all medication example heart medication.stopped. She also would not take my Mother back home. My Sister was even fighting with me in the hospital and placed a photo of herself near my Mothers side table in herself Nursing Graduation outfit to try to intimidate staff. My Sister took a course for a RNA but did not stay working at that for more than about 3 Months after a little old lady in a Nursing home slapped her across the face she realized she did not like working with old people and it was not for her. My young Sister also made sure to convince my Mom in 2005 after one and a half day out of ICU when she took her to my sister own Lawyer I was left out of my Mother will. She also used my Mothers credit card charging items such as a new flat screen and hotel stays and applications for her daughters Univ and Her gym membership to Moms credit card as she knew my Mom had Credit card protection and it would be paid after her death some charges were days before my Moms death. My Sister has got away with all this and really no one seems to really care except me as this is still eating at me as my Mothers birthday would be this Month on the 23 it seems to just bring all this back to hurt my Heart. Has anyone experienced anything like this that can give me their opinion

Dream interpretation please?

Ok, this wasnt the whole dream but the only part I remember. There is a huge Aztec statue in front of me and I am worshiping it. I am trying to release the spirits from the statue for some reason. I put my hand on the statues head and all of a sudden I become possessed by this spirit and it is inside me. I become possessed and I can see nothing, I feel very light and I feel myself spinning round and round uncontrollably with many other forces around my body, and the spirit moving around. At this point I am very scared, but somehow manage to keep myself calm and keep reminding myself that it is going to end and that I will be stronger when it does. Suddenly, I can no longer feel the spirit moving inside me, and slowly the forces on my body fade away. I wake up in my bed, still feeling very lightheaded and after 5 minits get the courage to move my arms and leg to make sure it is all over. I feel extremely relaxed and soon drift off back to sleep. ok so i got the game , the trial worked fine. so i pop in the disk and wait for an eternity for it to load and what do you know! an error! at 70% too. My computer specs are double the requirements, though im not too sure about the graphics, i have an ultra GMA 350 - which is in standard 96mb and 32 bit/pixel form (integrated [yuck]). Tried to go into bios and allocate some physical ram to it (since it is shared) but no luck. anywho, it fails on a patch file something like this - C:/doents and setting/....../world of warcraft/data/patch.mpq during the installation. any help would be greatly appreciated - customer service is next on my list if no one can solve my problem.

That is truly a great question and not one that is easily answered. I believe that disciplining one's intellect begins with being healthy in your mind and body. This begins with eating good food and exercising your body. You also might want to try yoga and/or meditation. Then, I think that you will find that discipline of your intellect will come much easier. For myself, I find that keeping the house quiet, at night, is a big help. Best Garmin GPS out of nuvi 1300, 265t, or 855.?

Walmart online sells these 3 for about the same price ($130). the nuvi 1300 looks cool, but it doesn't have as many features as the 855 (like voice recognition, mp3, lane ist etc). The 855 is loaded and I'm interested in it... BUT it's a discontinued item, which usually means its had some major flaws (like freezing and a crappy battery). The 265t looks good too, I don't care about the traffic updates, i just think the 265 GPS looks nice. anyone have PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with any of these? I think for some Christians it's their way of trying to validate what is inherently illogical. Everything that the Bible claims about creation has been shown to be unrealistic and unfathomable by science, and what science has shown to be the most logical source of our existence is quite at odds with the Book of Genesis. People that take that book literally have no choice but to blindly attack evolution, because there is no counter argument. i remember the day before i got sick a girl with the flu accidentally coughed on me. I didnt see it as a big deal because i washed my hands (where she coughed) but i think it was too late. The next morning i was coughing and had a sore throat. I was in school and as the day progressed i got worse. I began to get migraines and soon by the end of the school day i got instantly dizzy, i saw brown spots for a while, my hearing got muffled till i lost it for a bit, i could barely hold myself up, i immediately sat down and held my head, it kept going on of course. I didnt allow myself to close my eyes and i tried to grab onto something but for almost 7 min i was struggling to be conscious. The dizziness didnt go away for a bit and my friends noticed that i got paler and clammier feeling. Later i found out the girl had bronchitis and i was told it was very contagious. could i have it? ...i hope not....=/
