Which would you choose for your loved one?

You are in a third world African nation. You and your loved one was in a serious auto wreck. The Emergency room Physician (African and highly educated in the US, UK and Germany) in this third world hospital tells you they need a blood transfusion or they will die, but there is a 50% to 75% chance the blood maybe tainted with HIV because the company they get the blood from doesn't always test the blood for diseases. What would you choose?
