Would you do a deal with Hugo Chavez for cheap oil?

Recently, Hugo Chavez of Venezuela did a deal with Spain that would sell them oil for only $100 a barrel. Remember that Chavez was told at a summit to "shut up" by King Juan Carlos, but at the announcement they were all smiles. I hate Chavez but the idea made me wonder. Would you do a deal with him to get the cheap oil, or not?
