World of warcraft installation help?

ok so i got the game , the trial worked fine. so i pop in the disk and wait for an eternity for it to load and what do you know! an error! at 70% too. My computer specs are double the requirements, though im not too sure about the graphics, i have an ultra GMA 350 - which is in standard 96mb and 32 bit/pixel form (integrated [yuck]). Tried to go into bios and allocate some physical ram to it (since it is shared) but no luck. anywho, it fails on a patch file something like this - C:/doents and setting/....../world of warcraft/data/patch.mpq during the installation. any help would be greatly appreciated - customer service is next on my list if no one can solve my problem.
