I almost fainted the other day.....i think.....?

i remember the day before i got sick a girl with the flu accidentally coughed on me. I didnt see it as a big deal because i washed my hands (where she coughed) but i think it was too late. The next morning i was coughing and had a sore throat. I was in school and as the day progressed i got worse. I began to get migraines and soon by the end of the school day i got instantly dizzy, i saw brown spots for a while, my hearing got muffled till i lost it for a bit, i could barely hold myself up, i immediately sat down and held my head, it kept going on of course. I didnt allow myself to close my eyes and i tried to grab onto something but for almost 7 min i was struggling to be conscious. The dizziness didnt go away for a bit and my friends noticed that i got paler and clammier feeling. Later i found out the girl had bronchitis and i was told it was very contagious. could i have it? ...i hope not....=/
