Honestly, you might be screwed, unless you're POSITIVE that you were not speeding. You could ask for his radar logs, and his radar certification/tuning fork certification. Most officer will already have these admitted into evidence before you even request them, and if he got you, he got you. You can try to get the fines lowered, that's about it. Or you could get lucky and he not show. The whole 'good moral character' thing is not a legal defense, although it may be a mitigating factor.
