Please can someone help me to sort out dripping taps?

1/4 turn taps have no adjustments. If the taps are dripping you have to change the cartridges that the whole piece with the plates in them. How old are they? If there less than a year old you should be able to get them replaced if not they are not that expensive and are available in good plumbers merchants. They are available singularly (hot or cold) as they turn in opposite directions. It may be worth taking one with you to ensure the tap heads fit the replacements.
