What statistical study should I use for the following study?

I have a group of patient who was admitted to hospital with different symptoms. They stayed in the hospital for 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 days. I want to run a study to find if presence / absence of certain symptoms at presentation (e.g. chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain) will anticipate a lengthier hospital stay . Thanks
