Should I get the Motorola Triumph when it comes out?

Your signal has nothing to do with the phone's quality. In terms of build quality the optimus v is very solid. If you want a better experience with your phone I suggest rooting it and installing a custom ROM. I have done it with mine and love it. Much faster, and better battery life with it overlocked to 806Mhz (speeds vary from phone to phone, because no one processor is exactly the same). The Motorola Triumph will be a great phone, but be prepared to spend at least $300 for it. There are also rumors about needing the $60 plan in order for it to activate on the account (Sprint doesn't want to compete with themselves right?). All in all try tinkering with your phone. You'll probably fall in love with having complete control and did I mention the optimus v is (probably) the best phone to learn to root? It's practically impossible to brick this phone.
