Can somebody help me with a thesis for Jewish Immigration?

I'm doing a term paper on Jewish Immigration to America in the 19th and early 20th century, and I was wondering if anybody could help me come up with an argument. I have a lot of notes on Ellis Island and stuff, so if you could just give me an idea, I'd be so thankful. Thanks a bunch!
