Where can you get American sized clothes in Bangkok department stores?

I need to find extra extra large shirts fora 6'4" broad shouldered American. It's hard to findclothes and shoes for one that size. I've looked around Tesco Lotus, Carrefour and MBK but found none. Any suggestions?
