Is fillet mignon good after thawed for 3 days?

Hi i have one of those 2 pack fillet mignons from walmart and we put them in the fridge to thaw on saturday and forgot about them till last night in which i put them back in the freezer,want to cook them tonight are they okay to cooked after being thawed an frozen again?
