Are all GM dealers this full of it?

I don't blame you. Of all the major brands out ther, GM stands behind it's products (and failures) least often with more ownership blaming than any other brand. It is no wonder to me that they are in dire straights. Right now, there is a major lawsuit against them for Dex-cool and improperly made intake manifolds. They never seem to test their products enough before production, and they have a higher injury to accident ratio of nearly any other car-maker. Check with NHTSA for more data. Good Luck!!!
