Yes you can make your XYC Co. the umbrella of your other companies. They all have to relate in some way of form. Your XYC Co. would just be the parent company to the little ones that come underneath them. What you would have to do is file a TRADENAME inorder to make this happen and make sure you put your XYC Co. as the Entity on the tradename (DBA or Fictitious name) application. I live in Washington, DC and the fee is $55. Check your state the fees differ.
